New Zealand shipping is FREE for orders over $150. For all orders under $150 the shipping rate is $8.

If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please be aware, once an order leaves our warehouse shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Orders are sent Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) with NZ Post or DHL Express, with estimated delivery between 2 days and 2 weeks (rural destinations may take longer).
As soon as your order has been processed and packed for the courier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You will also be able to track your order when you log into your account here, or email support@ikonnz.com with your order number and we can send you your tracking information.
