This Little Helper Hand Wash is infused with Blue Cypress, Almond and Rosehip to keep palms and fingers, soft and clean. Available in a 500ml PET Bottle, containing no sulphates SLS/SLES and utilising 100% natural surfactants. ‘Little Helper’ will wash without drying out skin, leaving hands soft, fresh and most importantly clean.

  • Natural – Little Helper Hand Wash is free from sulphates and nasty synthetic chemicals found in many handwash products. T+D work with nature to be as effective but also as gentle as possible on both skin and the environment.
  • Cleanses without drying – plant based, natural surfactants ensure hands are left clean but without stripping our skins natural oils that make up the acid mantle – our skins naturally occurring protective barrier.
  • Great for your skin – Little Helper helps rejuvenate hands with the use of Almond oil and Rosehip, both known for their rich antioxidant properties, these work in combination with Cypress leaf extract, an anti fatigue agent for tired hands.
  • Contains no sulphates SLS/SLES, so it won’t stress you or the environment.

    How to use: Wash through hands with a dollop of Little Helper whenever you need clean fresh hands.

    Delivery within New Zealand

    New Zealand shipping is FREE for orders over $200. For all orders under $200 the shipping rate is $10.

    All orders are dispatched from our store in Arrowtown, NZ.

    Orders are sent Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) with a fully tracked courier service and signature on delivery. If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement. Please note that if you choose to remove this, Ikon and the courier service cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

    Please be aware, once an order leaves our warehouse shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the delivery company is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

    International Delivery

    Currently we are only shipping to New Zealand and Australia.

     Australia shipping is a flat rate of $35 NZD

    Orders are sent Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) with NZ Post or DHL Express, with estimated delivery between 2 days and 2 weeks (rural destinations may take longer).

    DUTY - Purchasing from outside of New Zealand: Please be aware all orders leaving New Zealand may incur duty and import taxes when entering the destination country. These charges are at the expense of the receiver. Please make sure you are aware of any costs that may be incurred before making a purchase. Ikon will not be responsible for any customs charges and import duties.


    As soon as your order has been processed and packed for the courier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You will also be able to track your order when you log into your account here, or email with your order number and we can send you your tracking information. 

    Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or credited so please choose carefully.Please call the store, or email if you need help when purchasing. Sale Items include those purchased during promotional sales (Black Friday discounted promotions etc).


    Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you must do so within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise. 

    Simply submit a returns request via our returns page and not via the store.

    Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all IKON and designer garment tags still attached. (Please make sure that underwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done).  Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

    Sale items may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.

    Shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

    IKON takes no responsibility for delays incurred at the recipient’s end. Please contact your shipping provider for information on your delivery.


    Title for shipped merchandise will pass on to you upon IKON's delivery to the carrier/courier. Depending on the destination and product, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duty. IKON is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

    When orders are shipped outside of New Zealand, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from IKON you are the ‘importer of record’ and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please research you own countries importation and duty policies.

    If you decide to return an item to IKON you are responsible for all shipping and customs duties incurred. Please ensure the service is tracked and take you time to fill out all customs declaration forms, and clearly mark the item as a ‘returned item’ or with no commercial value. This is imperative to ensure that no duty’s or importation taxes are placed on the item.

    IKON takes no responsibility for delays incurred at the recipient’s end, this can vary depending on the customs rules and regulations for each destination country. 


    Refunds are only issued for the products sold. Once your original item has been returned and meets our returns policy you will be refunded. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment in New Zealand Dollars, with the exception of Direct Bank Transfers. Any price difference due to foreign exchange rate variations or timing will be to the purchaser's account.

    Refunds may take up to 5 working days to show on your credit card, depending on your bank or credit provider.

    Payments made via Laybuy will be refunded via Laybuy.


    We do not hold items for exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please make a second purchase online, email us to let us know, and send your original purchase back to IKON. Once your original item has been returned and meets our returns policy you will be refunded.

    In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact if we are unable to provide a replacement we will issue a full refund immediately.

    In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will exchange or issue a credit note, provided:

    2. Items must be in original conditions as purchased with labels/tickets attached. Garments/Shoes must not have been worn or washed.
