NZ Post are currently experiencing delays with deliveries to the Auckland region due to Covid-19 and lockdown.
Please note we are still shipping items daily from our store, however NZ Post have made an announcement that all parcels being sent to Auckland won't be picked up until the 11th October.
We are so sorry to all of our Auckland customers that are experiencing delays with your deliveries. We are always here to try and assist with any delivery queries, however in line with NZ Post's advice we will be unable to lodge any 'missing parcel cases' until after 10 working days of the parcel being sent.
