How quickly can I receive my order?
We have overnight shipping on South Island deliveries and 1-2 days for North Island deliveries. Deliveries to Australia can take up to 1-2 weeks. Depending on whether you live rurally this may take longer.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes we do! Rural deliveries can take an extra few days to be delivered. Please keep checking your tracking number you would have received when your order was processed.
Do you send to PO Boxes?
We do not send orders to PO Boxes. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
How do I return my order?
Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you must do so within 7 working days of receipt of merchandise.
Simply submit a returns request via our returns page.

How do I know if you have received my returned order?
Once we have received your returned item, we will email to let you know we have received the item. You can also check the tracking number given for the parcel
Can I return sale items?
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or credited so please choose carefully. If you are unsure on sizing please contact us email@example.com
Can I get a refund on my order if I purchased with a gift card?
Refunds on any orders that were purchased with a gift card will go back onto your original gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I return an item for a different size
Depending on our stock levels, you are able to exchange sizes, given that it is a full-priced item and has been returned to us within 7 working days. Please note we do not exchange, credit or refund sale items as these items are final.
How long do refunds take to go back into my account?
Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to go back into your account. Please note refunds are only processed Monday to Friday.
I returned an item and I wasn’t refunded the full amount?
Shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
I entered the wrong address
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your order number and address you want your order to be delivered to.
I need to return a faulty garment
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com immediatly. If we are unable to provide a replacement we will issue a full refund immediately.
Do you offer click and Collect?
Yes! You can purchase your items online and click “in store pick-up”. Once your order is ready in store you will receive an email saying your order is ready for pick up.
