RETURNS

Returning an item to IKON couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return. 

Simply email support and let us know you would like to return an item.

And send your items back to:

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all IKON and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

We do not hold items for exchange. If you would like to exchange an item please make a second purchase online - Send your original purchase back to IKON, once your original item has been returned and meets our returns policy you will be refunded.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact support@ikonnz.com if we are unable to provide a replacement we will issue a full refund immediately. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or credited so please choose carefully.Use our live-chat, facebook chat or email support@ikonnz.com if you need help when purchasing.

 

INSTORE REFUND POLICY

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will exchange or issue a credit note, provided:

1. The items with the original receipt are returned with 7 days of purchase, and

2. Items must be in original conditions as purchased with labels/tickets attached. Garments/Shoes must not have been worn or washed.
