Safe Shopping during Level 2

We will be following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines and have the following in place to keep our staff and customers safe. We are wanting to provide a clean, healthy environment where our customers can feel comfortable shopping.

Contact Tracing

Everyone who enters the premises will be required to sign in via ‘Guest HQ’ online (www.guesthq.co.nz) OR fill in the Contact tracing Register at the door. (Name, Phone, Email Address).  

Hygiene

All customers who enter the premise, after signing in or giving their details will be required to sanitise. Sanitiser will be readily available for our staff and customers. All touch services will be disinfected every hour. If they have been touched, such as EFTPOS terminals and door handles, they will be disinfected immediately.  

Distancing

As we will be able to keep contact tracing records we must maintain a minimum of 1 metre apart. Please be mindful that our staff, and other customer’s in store may not feel comfortable with this distance and may stand further away than this. Do not take offence to this, and please be respectful of one another. 

Clothing

Clothing will be regularly steamed to kill any virus. All clothing that has been tried on will be steamed before being placed back onto racks.

Sickness

All staff members who appear to have cold or flu symptoms will be asked to stay at home till they have been symptom free for 48 hours, we ask customers, if they are sick to not come to the store and please use our online services. If a customer appears to be sick, they may be asked to not enter the premise and the Healthline will be called.

Changing Rooms

We will have a limited number of changing rooms available, to avoid customers coming into close contact with one another. We will disinfect our changing rooms after each use.

Our Click and Collect service will continue to run. For any returns or exchanges, please follow our returns procedure online. 

Returns & Exchanges 

store pick-ups

Online purchases – please follow the online procedure. In store returns and exchanges will be processed as normal. All returned items will be steamed or disinfected.
